Detailed information on payment terms
When using SZIA Vet's services, the payment method depends on the type of service and location. Please read the following information carefully to avoid any inconvenience:
General payment guidelines
- All our service fees include VAT.
- The price list only includes fixed items. Individual diagnostic or treatment costs, which may arise during the examination, will be discussed on site.
- Please inform us of any payment-related questions or special requests in advance so we can offer the best possible solution for you and your pet.
Home visit services
- For home visits such as examinations, vaccinations, or emergency care, payment is made on site.
- Accepted payment methods: cash or credit card.
- Please inform our staff of your invoice request before the service. The invoice will be provided digitally.
Online consultations
- In the case of online consultations, the service fee must be paid in advance, for which we will send a pro forma invoice to the email address you provided.
- Advance payment confirms your appointment, so please complete the payment by the specified deadline.
- Payment can be made by bank transfer to the account number listed on the pro forma invoice. Once the payment is received, we will send a confirmation, and the consultation will take place at the agreed time.
- Please indicate your need for an invoice during the initial discussion so we can issue the appropriate documents in time.
