"I found Szia vet by chance when looking through English speaking vet options. I can wholeheartedly say this was the best find of the year. Dr.Luca and her assistant are absolutely lovely. The booking process was easy and informative. The actual appointment went far smoother than any other vet visit with my cat -Yumi. Yumi was much calmer and responsive and as comfortable as she could be during a vet examination - because she was still home in her safe space. The doctor and her assistant came so well prepared with all the tools,medications, paperwork, everything that would possibly be needed for an animal examination and treatment. Dr.Luca built a personal empathetic connection with me and with Yumi. She was so well informed and very helpful and patient through my babbling questions. Her assistant tended to Yumi with lots of care and was very gentle with her. The aftercare was just as good- they provided me a detailed explanation and diagnosis and recommendations for Yumi. Szia vet remained available and ready to help with any query big or small. And their focus truly is on the comfort of the pet and their parents. I cannot recommend this vet service enough! This is by far the best vet interaction Yumi has had. Highly highly highly recommend giving szia vet a shot!! Im so relieved to have found a good doctor for Yumi - without compromising Yumi’s comfort."
